We served our country. Now we serve our hometown.
After 26 years defending our country, we came home with a new mission: build Summerville’s first craft brewery and make beer that can stand with the best.
Kölsch, in the making.
Good beer takes work. Come along for 55 seconds of grain, stainless steel, and the hands behind Chattooga’s Kölsch.

Coming August 2025 — 4501 Lager
Our first beer honors Engine 4501, the historic locomotive that still rolls through Chattooga County — but this one's brewed for everyone, not just those who step off the train.
Just like that Saturday afternoon whistle that echoes through Summerville, 4501 Lager announces something special is coming to town. Light-bodied and porch-ready, it's crafted to celebrate small-town pride and the moments worth sharing.
As Summerville's first and only brewery, we're bringing this historic recipe to select locations around town this August — with more spots to follow as we build toward our 2026 taproom opening.
Be the first to taste history in the making.
